Yoga Nidra, often translated as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that brings the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains aware.
This 1.5-day online Yoga Nidra Fundamentals training introduces the core elements of the practice and how to guide it safely and confidently. Through guided experiences, foundational theory, and practical teaching tools, participants learn how to structure and lead Yoga Nidra sessions for personal practice or group settings.
