Movement has always been more than just physical.
Through a background in Personal Training (Functional Training, Mobility & HIIT) and over 600 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Anatomy, Pre- & Postnatal), the focus is on combining structure with sensitivity.
The intention is not to push limits, but to understand them, and work with the body in a way that creates long-term strength, stability, and ease.

My work combines Personal Training and Yoga with a focus on how the body actually functions — not how it is supposed to look in a pose or exercise.
With a background in Functional Training, Mobility, and HIIT, as well as over 600 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Anatomy), the approach is both structured and adaptable.
The focus is on understanding individual anatomy, building strength that feels supportive, and creating a connection between body and breath.
Rather than pushing performance, the intention is to create a practice that is sustainable — one that supports you in everyday life, not just during the session.
Each session is shaped around what is needed in that moment:
more strength, more mobility, more grounding, or simply space to reconnect.
