Through a background in Personal Training (Functional Training, Mobility & HIIT) and over 600 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Anatomy, Pre- & Postnatal), the focus is on combining structure with sensitivity.
The intention is not to push limits, but to understand them, and work with the body in a way that creates long-term strength, stability, and ease.
Practice is adapted to your body, not the other way around. Build an understanding of your individual anatomy to move safely and efficiently.
