The Journey

Our session begins with Pranayama, the ancient science of breathwork. Through intentional rhythms, we clear the mental fog, soothe the nervous system, and prepare the body to let go.

As the breath settles, we drift into Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep." In this state of profound relaxation, you aren't quite awake or asleep; you are simply resting in the vast, restorative space of your own awareness.
