We’ll combine nervous system work, somatic awareness, breath, and reflection — so you can feel more present, grounded, and steady again.

Finding Calm After the Storm
Some years ago, I found myself in a place I never thought I’d land.
From the outside, things looked fine — I was successful, holding things together, showing up.
But on the inside, I was completely overstimulated, running on empty, and ignoring every signal my body gave me.
I had trouble sleeping, cried often without knowing why, and felt like I had lost the thread to something essential.
Yoga was my entry point to healing.
But not the kind of yoga that tells you to stretch and smile.
It was the kind that teaches you to listen to your nervous system.
To pause before pushing. To feel safe in your own body again.
And most importantly, to begin choosing in favor of yourself, every day.
This program was born out of that experience.
How does it work?
Back to Balance is a 10-week, one-on-one coaching and body-based support program, tailored to your pace and needs.
We meet weekly for 60 minutes. In between, you’ll receive check-in prompts, simple practices, and tools you can easily integrate into your daily life, without overwhelm.
Each session blends nervous system regulation, mindful reflection, somatic awareness, and personalized guidance.
Together, we walk through five transformative phases:
Ground & Orient – Clarify where you’re at, what you need, and how stress patterns show up in your system
Regulate & Restore – Learn how to soothe your nervous system and shift from survival mode to a grounded state
Reconnect & Realign – Come back to what matters to you: your values, your needs, your voice
Integrate – Build routines and micro-habits that are supportive and doable
Reflect – Acknowledge what’s changed and anchor what helps you stay connected
You’ll receive support that’s both structured and deeply personal, so you don’t just learn about balance, you begin to feel it in your body.
