Program Overview
Each day of the retreat blends mindful movement, breathwork, and space for learning. Mornings begin with pranayama, meditation, and an energizing yoga practice. Throughout the week, you’ll dive into yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, and embodied movement through a variety of workshops.
Afternoons offer time to rest, enjoy the nature, or go deeper into selected themes such as backbends, inversions, or Surya Namaskara. You’ll also experience restorative practices, sound journeys, and a special Yoga Nidra evening.
On the third day, you’ll have extended free time to explore the surrounding nature, explore the nature around Locorotondo, read a book in the garden, or book a massage (available at an additional cost).
A highlight of the week is our pasta-making class with Vito — a joyful, hands-on experience that brings everyone together.
The overall rhythm of the retreat is intentionally spacious, giving you time for integration, reflection, and simply being.
