My Journey to Self-Discovery

Once upon a time, I had a secure job with a nice team and a decent salary. Yet, despite these perks, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing. I found myself in a perpetual state of restlessness, hopping from one job to another and exploring different cities and activities. It was clear that the significant change I sought lay not in external circumstances but within my own desires and passions.

The real turning point came when I recognized my yearning to travel the world. Despite societal warnings about safety and practicality, I took the plunge and embarked on solo adventures. These experiences were eye-opening, and they taught me a critical lesson: change, though daunting, often holds the key to our deepest fulfillment.

Returning to Germany, I fell back into my old job, but the sense of unfulfillment quickly resurfaced. I questioned why I wasn’t content with my well-paying job, the promotions, and the amazing team I led. Deep down, I felt a calling to share my passion for Yoga and empower others through my teachings. The voice of doubt was loud—“Isn’t it too risky? The Yoga business is tough.” Yet, I chose to embrace the uncertainty, resigned from my job, and launched my entrepreneurial journey.

What is Embodiment?
