Morning Meditation Routine
June 30 – July 9, 2023, daily at 7 AM – 7.30 AM
Meditation is a practice that involves training the mind to focus and redirect thoughts. It is often used to increase awareness, achieve mental clarity, and promote relaxation. Meditation originated thousands of years ago as a spiritual practice in various cultures and religions, such as Hinduism and Buddhism. However, it has also been adopted by many secular individuals and organizations as a means of improving overall well-being.
During meditation, we find a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down. We then engage in various techniques to quiet the mind and enter a state of deep relaxation. Common meditation practices include focusing on the breath, repeating a mantra or word, visualizing images, or simply observing one’s thoughts without judgment.
The benefits of meditation are numerous and can extend beyond the meditation session itself. Regular practice has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, improve attention and concentration, enhance emotional well-being, and promote a sense of inner peace and contentment. It can also help develop patience, compassion, and self-awareness.
It’s important to find a style that resonates with you and to approach meditation with an open mind, as the experience can differ from person to person.
In this program, you will get the chance to get introduced to various practice techniques which will help you to find your preferences for your personal routine.
